Excellent experience. Loved how strengthening this 7 day practice was. And I love the longer workshops but really enjoyed being part of this shorter one. There was plenty of time to cover the topic—lots of poses for the thighs. I need to look up the impact of these poses because I came away feeling much stronger not only in the legs but also in my spirit. Ego is still a problem though.

Amazing! Regular practice of these Asanas can definitely improve flexibility of hamstring and quads area.

Enjoyable. My hamstring muscles are very tight and require a lot of stretching. Hanuman Asana can be moved to demo only mode or offer alternative asana to practice during this stretch. My muscles are so tight that I cannot get into this asana where I can feel the stretch.

Not surprising that there’s one week intensive focusing on the legs was amazing. It was a great opportunity for seasoned and new yogis to really focus on a specific body part(s). I loved it This is level 2 yoga for me because my hamstring and chords are tight. As the days passed by I was more comfortable doing it. I will continue doing this going forward. I think this should be 2 weeks course.
