Level 2 Yoga Feedback

The best value for my money of any yoga classes I've had the pleasure to experience. High quality instruction, well paced, diversity within a similar structure daily making it easy to follow and build upon, high quality video with the opportunity to see more challenging views from multiple angles. The value is increased by the generous availability and access to the course recordings for revisiting all or any portion you feel you didn't quite capture well the first time.

Major takeaways: The depth and breadth of knowledge of the instructor on all aspects of yoga--asanas, pranayama, meditation--and the yoga lifestyle with spiritual underpinnings. Access to a library of resources built over many years including links for deepening learning in a wide range of aspects of yoga, items to purchase online that support your health or practice and an opportunity to be a part of the Integral Yoga Studio community. I wouldn't change the course content. I really value the recordings and just have a minor suggestion on the video recording; where I expected to see the instructor most of the time, for a few moves the camera seemed stuck on one course participant. I was disappointed not to have an eye on the instructor for this brief period and the benefit despite that was to really listen and sense whether my body was doing what I heard.

I really enjoyed this 21-day Level 2 Yogasana course. I practice basic yoga quite regularly. With hundreds of asanas practiced during the course, the bar has been raised. There is so much to learn. Asanas targeting different parts of the body like core, hamstrings, knees, hamstrings make Yoga very interesting. A complete workout for body and mind.

Excellent! I need to work on my core. I missed pranayama and meditation. the level 2 really built up my strength. Your intensive and immersion classes are great. It was tough to do 1.75 hours but that is part of building tapas.

Subhash, I loved the level 2 of the 21 days!! I enjoy these intensives so much, and the asana focused ones are so great! This was so valuable to me at this time in my life, you have no idea. I recently lost a little weight and also strength, and during these 21 days I started to see a lot of my strength come back, this was precious to me, it made me so happy! Plus I learned some new poses, and the harmony of this group was great! I hope you keep offering these along with the other intensives! I love your classes Subhash! Thank you once again, you are a true inspiration for me!!! This was wonderful! I liked doing the Trataka at the begining of the class, I would suggest to keep it that way. One thing I felt after the days we did a bit more pranayama was the need for a couple minutes quietly after we were done, like maybe 3 minutes for a short meditation before closing the session. I know time is short though, I understand it is not always possible.

This is the fourth intensive I've taken and there is good reason I continue to sign up for these early morning sessions despite not being a morning person. The extensive knowledge shared is such a gift. As a new/inexperienced yoga teacher, it is essential that I continue to deepen my own knowledge and on-the-mat experience of yoga, and these intensives support me in doing so. The low cost of the program is incredibly generous. Thank you so much Subhash. 1. "There is no place for the ego in your yoga practice". 2. Bhagavad Gita- this was not covered in my 200H YTT and I haven't done the course yet in my 300H YTT so I really enjoyed starting the sessions with these verses. 3. Keep trying, keep going. There's no destination in yoga so enjoy the practice. In the fall, with the shorter days, I feel I need more sleep in the morning so a later start time would be amazing but I understand this start time accommodates people with M-F jobs and/or children in school, plus it really is lovely to start the day with such a well rounded practice.

Excellent !! The challenging asanas ! The pace of the class and of course the yoga Nidra 🙏😊 Loved every bit of it.

Excellent as always.  Comprehensive, covers all aspects of Yoga. Got the practice done early. if you’re consistent with your practice it’ll peel away layers of negative behavior without your even trying, you feel more clear.
