The 10 day class helped me to start the day fresh, energized and with a positive mindset. There was also an overall feeling of well being which remained for most part of the day. The consistency of the routine through out the 10 days gave me the confidence to establish this as a home practice. Online option was convenient and the class timings were perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed this intensive! The other intensives were fun because we learned so many new things, but this one gave us the experience of developing a deep understanding of several practices by repeating them daily. I started to feel different sensations and get new insights into each pose as we did them each day, and this made me feel more motivated to continue practicing. I also enjoyed our after-class discussion sessions greatly.

Very good holistic, well rounded practice with all 3 components The session was well structured to exercise various parts of the body, breath and mind. I would like to see a Surya Namaskar that is the same in all the rounds, with the remaining asanas done afterwards. Makes it more predictable and easy to remember for home practice later.

Very positive experience with a really good foundation and resources to help with my practice at home.
